goclean: command not found

The Go bin directory is not on your PATH. Add it to your shell profile:

export PATH="$PATH:$(go env GOPATH)/bin"

Port already in use

Another process is bound to the server port. Stop it, or change the port in your configuration.

Database connection refused

Make sure the database service is running (for example with docker compose up) and that the host, port and credentials in your configuration match it.
